Many products are only available while supplies last, so be sure to get your orders in early! (And remember to tell them that some items have amazing discounts!) Retiring items are only available while supplies last. The lists will be updated each business day with availability information. Order deadlines: Phone orders: Monday, 1 July 2013; 17:50 (CET)/16:50 (GMT) OEX or online orders: Monday, 1 July 2013; 23:50 (CET)/22:50 (GMT) How to Make the Most of the Retired Lists: Send out the retired lists to your existing customers right away and direct their attention to the great discounts, retiring colours, and the fact that accessories are all only available while supplies last! Over the next several weeks, remind your customers periodically about the retired lists. Schedule a “Retirement Party” where you will feature retiring items, display retiring samples, and get some last-minute sales from the retiring items you own. Call some potential hostesses and ask them if they would like to host a fun party honouring favourite retiring sets. At your regular events draw attention to retiring items, but be sure to have an up-to-date retiring accessory list with you. When your customers choose to order retiring accessories, check the list and also ask them for a substitute item in case the original item is sold out when you place the order. If you or your customers are concerned about items selling out before you close the hostess order, use a hostess code for your workshop and have them place an on-the-spot order using the code. That way the order counts toward the party total but includes the desired retiring items. Or you and your customers can check the online store at any time to see if an item is still available.* *We are making some adjustments to our online store.
